Rudd plumbing is better than five stars. If you need a plumber call these guys, you won’t be disappointed. I may suggest you ask for Danny Gregory as he’s outstanding but is fantastic, but I’m sure all their guys are good. I had them in today for a toilet leak, and within five minutes of being there it was fixed, at a price that was unbelievable. Value for the money!

Excellent experience with Rudd Plumbing. Thought I had a leaking pipe and dispatch was able to get someone to me same day. Tommy was my technician and he was super knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely call Rudd again with any plumbing issues

Daniel Gregory was great to work with. Experienced, knowledgeable, trustworthy, easygoing, prompt. Quickly diagnosed a problem with the water heater and had it fixed in 24 hours. Highly recommend.

Ola Tackett just completed our 6-month inspection on our Mitsubishi Mini-Split and did a fantastic job. He arrived on time and was very professional. He took the time to go over the features of our system and explained functions that I had forgotten. He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing as the inspection progressed. I will request Ola in the future to conduct my service inspections.

Within 48 hours, I met with both owners – Winston who does community outreach work (Carolina Youth Development Center, Special Olympics, etc.) and Robert (MBA from the Citadel); HVAC Service Tech & Educator – Michael who showed me the rusted hole in our heating exchange & risk of carbon monoxide poisoning; HVAC Team Installation Tech- Adrian other team members – all of whom treated me like family. Moreover, the friendly office staff sent pics of who was coming, arrival times, contract details, and answered any other questions I had. Their cost, financing, integrity, warranty, professionalism, and kindness set the bar too high for other companies to compete. Installation was next day – EXCELLENT SERVICE!! So blessed!!! Had to call back when new water heater was still not working after tech came to fix it. Charged $420 for 20 minutes. Customer service rep from Moncks Corner was very reassuring. I was very disgruntled. She scheduled a tech rep to come back out immediately. Jayce Rutelonis & another Tech came & identified the problem, fixed it immediately & had it back on quickly. They did a wonderful job & were very professional. Was skeptical @ first with service after 1st visit but reassured after second. Would call again if needed. They did a great job installing a family members AC. Work is guaranteed. Outstanding customer service.

Jeremy L was at my house today to install a whole home water filtration system. Exceeded expectations in the professional installation. Always appreciate the work and service that Rudd provides!

Very pleased w/ the timeliness & efficiency of work done by Josh & Danny. They were here one day for an estimate & (thanks to a last minute reschedule) were able to come the next day to perform the recommended work. They arrived on time, were personable, & communicative about any issues they ran into. Hoping we don't need their services again soon, but won't hesitate to call if we do!
